Pathway to Hope runs on people who give their time. If you want to help young people in Ontario dealing with mental health or addiction, there is a place for you here.
Volunteer with us
Volunteering is a way to give your time and skills to people facing mental health and addiction challenges. We are always looking to grow our group of volunteers, and the roles below are the ones we are recruiting for now.
Course Reviewer
Read our course content and online lessons and check that everything is ready to publish.
Good fit if you notice typos, spot a confusing explanation, and are happy working through material at your own pace.
Outreach
Help us reach local churches, mosques, synagogues, and other places of worship.
You would tell people about the Academy curriculum as courses clear review, and raise awareness in your own community.
Social Media
Take charge of our social media accounts.
Writing mental health posts and sharing accurate updates about courses as they become ready to publish.
Roles change as the work changes. Check back now and then, or write to us and say what you would like to help with.
How to apply
There is no application form to fill in. Send us a message through the contact page and tell us which role interests you and roughly how much time you have. If none of the roles above fit but you still want to help, say that instead. A person reads every message and will reply by email.
Careers
There are no career opportunities at this time. If you would like to be considered when something opens up, reach out and tell us about yourself. We keep expressions of interest on file.
